Navin is a Venture Partner at Builders. He is also currently a Managing Director at Methuselah Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory and investment firm in New York, and was previously at Lazard for over a decade. He has advised on nearly $75 billion worth of M&A and corporate transformation transactions across a broad range of industries including capital goods, chemicals, paper & packaging, construction equipment, travel services, aerospace, media, and medical devices. Transactions involved clients including Philips, Tyco, Hertz, PPG, Dover, Parker Hannifin, Honeywell, Smurfit-Stone, Caterpillar and Schneider Electric.
Previously, Navin was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney in New York and Singapore, focusing on strategy and operations assignments across various industries.
Navin received an undergraduate degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University where he graduated with cum laude honors and co-authored research papers in two refereed academic journals (Macromolecules – Deformation of a Polydomain, Smectic Liquid Crystalline Elastomer, and Journal of Photopolymer Science & Technology – Diffusion and Distribution Studies of Photoacid Generators: Ion Beam Analysis in Lithography).
Navin also has an MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors and received the Robert H. Montgomery Prize in Accounting.
